Referers Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Referers Terms and Conditions for Awoof Market. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation as a referrer on our platform, www.awoofmarket.com (the "Website"). By participating as a referrer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not participate as a referrer on the Website.

1. Referral Program Overview

As a referrer, you can invite users to the Awoof Market website using your unique referer code or referer link. Users who register using your referer code or link will be added to your list of referrals.

2. Referral Bonus

For each referral who makes their first subscription payment on the Awoof Market portal, you will receive a bonus of 5000 naira. The bonus will be paid into your registered bank account within 72 hours of your referral's subscription payment.

Payment of the referral bonus may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues or system maintenance
  • Banking system delays
  • Public holidays or weekends
  • Incorrect or incomplete bank account details provided by the referrer

Payments will be made solely based on the account number and bank name provided by the referrer.

3. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to block or suspend any accounts or withhold payments without prior notice if any form of fraudulent activities is detected, or if you violate our terms of service.

4. Disclaimer of Liabilities

We disclaim all liabilities related to your participation as a referrer, including but not limited to the accuracy of referral tracking, timeliness of bonus payments, and any consequences resulting from the actions of referred users.

5. Data Privacy

Your personal information collected for the referral program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, Africa, with due consideration for the governing laws of other regions where the Website is accessed.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. The amended Terms will be posted on the Website. Your continued participation as a referrer after the amended Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms.
